I ordered my husband the wrong size it and sadly it was to small so I messaged to get an exchange for a bigger size and the owner was responded fast and was so kind and very helpful and exchanged the ring for us with no problems whatsoever I absolutely recommend their shop and services and the ring is very beautiful my husband loves it and the fit definitely a great buy!!
